Travelling through the beautiful world of surgery

It was the last rotation in Banjarnegara, Central Java. A patient came from Pandanarum district, the peak (like Zugspitze in Germany) because of acute urinary retention. He has been referred by local Puskesmas to our ambulatory servis in RSUD. But it was still difficult to insert catheter and he was transfered to the OK. Like usual, the senior "punggawa" tried to use mandring and still he was stuck.
I was offered to try, not using mandring, just with bare hand and the FC. Smoothly, it passed until the blast.
Alhamdulillah...

The face of the old man turned into very peaceful and statisfied. (Me too)
That's a kind of reward that money can't buy.

Thanks God, for giving me special patient and my both hands.
I know, they are for serving to the most needy, like those old man.
